16 x 35mm S=16 PCD Diamond Router cutter

The tool sizes are as follows.

Cut diameter = 16mm

Shank diameter = 16mm

Cut Length = 35mm

Tip Depth = 2.5mm

Used for grooving jointing rebating or general sizing of chipboard and MDF-board either raw laminated or veneered.

These tools are designed to give optimum cutting quality due to the huge shear angles of each tip segment alternating up and down along the cutting edge. They can be resharpened several times which leads to economic efficiency and further cost savings.

The one plus one tip design gives a effective staggered cut and allows large gullet areas for chip removal.
