Kyocera Unimerco 8mm dia x 25mm cut CNC S=8mm Finishing Spiral Router Z=2 Down-cut Right Hand Rotation

This quality CNC manufactured spiral has been made from the best quality grade solid carbide giving increased tool life. Manufactured in the UK by Kyocera UNIMERCO.

The tool geometry has been designed from years of testing and in-house knowledge and is suitable for general joinery in all timbers - Softwood, Hardwood and Manufactured Board Materials

The Tool dimensions are:-

Diameter (D) = 8mm

Cut Length (I) = 25mm

Total Length (L) = 75mm

Shank Diameter (S) = 8mm

Z = 2 (2 Flute)

Negative Chip Flow (Down-cut)

Right Hand Rotation

This tool is a Z=2 (2 Flute) Neg/ R (negative spiral for best clamping when small work pieces are used and best top layer cutting quality is required) and has been designed for feed rates from 6m - 12m/min on CNC Routers (governed by timber, machine, extraction & work piece stability).

We offer a full range of Spiral routers for almost every application. Our standard program ranges in size from 6-25mm with various cut lengths depending on diameter.

Most sizes are available in positive and negative, Left Hand and Right Hand rotation, 2 flute or 3 flute designs along with full custom tools on special request.
