This quality CNC manufactured spiral has been made from the best quality grade solid carbide giving increased tool life manufactured in the UK by Kyocera UNIMERCO.

The tool geometry is designed from years of testing and in-house knowledge and is suitable for general joinery in all timbers - Softwood, Hardwood and Manufactured Board Materials.

Chip Flow = Negative/Downcut

This tool is a Z=2 (2 Flute) Neg/ R (positive chip flow extracting the waste upwards towards the extraction hood) and is capable of feed rates from 6 to 12m/ min (governed by timber, machine, extraction & work piece stability).
