Used for Grooving, Jointing, Rebating or general sizing of Chipboard and MDF either raw laminated or veneered. Can be used on machining centres, point to point boring machines and CNC's equipped with chucks or adapters.
Designed to give optimum cutting quality due to the shear angles of each tip segment alternating up and down along the cutting edge.
The one plus one tip design gives an effective staggered cut and allows large gullet areas for chip removal.
Each tip consists of 2.5mm deep Diamond segment. At the bottom there is a single Tungsten Carbide plunge tip for eamp plunging operations.
Can be resharpened several times which leads economic efficiency and cost savings.
