This quality CNC manufactured spiral has been made from the best quality grade solid carbide and coated to prolong tool life. Manufactured in the UK by Kyocera UNIMERCO.

The tool geometry has been designed from years of testing and in-house knowledge and is suitable for general joinery in all timbers - Softwood, Hardwood and Manufactured Board Materials.

The tool sizes are as follows:-

Cut Diameter (D) = 12mm

Shank Diameter (S) = 12mm

Cut Length (I) = 32mm

Total Length (L) = 80mm

This tool is a Z=2 (2 Flute) Pos/ R (positive chip flow extracting the waste upwards towards the extraction hood) and is capable of feed rates from 6 to 12m/ min (governed by timber, machine, extraction and work piece stability).

We offer a full range of Spiral routers for almost every application. Our standard program ranges in size from 6-25mm with various cut lengths depending on diameter.

Most sizes are available in positive and negative, Left Hand and Right Hand rotation, 2 flute or 3 flute designs along with full custom tools on special request.
