CMT 6mm dia x 22mm cut CNC Up / Down Compression Solid Carbide Spiral Router Z=1+1 Right Hand Rotation

Particularly suitable for double sided Veneers, Melamine, Chipboard & MDF material for a clean finish.

This quality CNC manufactured spiral has been made from the best quality grade solid carbide giving increased tool life.

The tool geometry is designed from years of testing and in-house knowledge and is suitable for general joinery in all timbers - Softwood, Hardwood and Manufactured Board Materials.

The Tool Dimensions are:-

Diameter (D) = 6mm

Cut Length (I) = 22mm

Total Length (L) = 60mm

Shank Diameter (S) = 6mm

The bottom of the bit is the upcut and the other end is downcut compressing the material into the centre of the bit protecting the top and bottom layers.

Our standard program ranges in size from 6-25mm with various cut lengths depending on diameter.

Most sizes are available in positive and negative, Left Hand and Right Hand rotation, 2 flute or 3 flute designs along with full custom tools on special request.
