This Colt Lip & Spur drill is manufactured from alloy tool steel and has been ground by diamond wheels to produce a conventional lip and spur tip to a very high standard. The centre point allows you to position the bit precisely where needed before drilling and it also prevents skidding across the surface when the side cutters move into the timber.  The drill has a Twinland flute design which improves guidance when hand drilling while at the same time prevents wood chips squeezing between the drill bit and the drilled hole. This drill is ideal for counter boring holes ready for our standard 3/8" Tapered Wood Pellets. Price: £1.55 (ex vat)  £1.82 (inc vat)
